Jharkhand pacer Monu Kumar finally made his debut for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) against Royal Challengers (RCB) in IPL 2020 on Sunday. Monu has been with the franchise since 2018 but didn't get an opportunity in the previous two seasons.

The right-arm pacer was bought for 20 lakh rupees by the franchise and he has played 22 T20s for Jharkhand. But as soon as skipper MS Dhoni shared the news of his debut for CSK, Twitterverse got excited.

Many of the fans haven't seen him bowl before and they were excited to finally get a glimpse of the 25-year-old. It's not like fans aren't aware of Monu. He is a known face for the fans after his inclusion in the CSK squad in IPL 2018.
