Delhi Capitals' (DC) spinner R Ashwin got the wicket of dangerous Chris Gayle once again in IPL. Coming out to bat at number three for Kings XI Punjab (KXIP), Gayle smashed 26 runs in the fifth over bowled by youngster Tushar Deshpande, in their recent encounter in IPL 2020.
DC skipper Shreyas Iyer then brought Ashwin to silence the Caribbean T20 star and the off-spinner didn't disappoint. Gayle missed out on a delivery that came into him with the angle and he was cleaned up by Ashwin.
After the match, Ashwin posted a picture with Gayle as he was tying his shoelaces; showing sportsmanship, and he joked about the dismissal.
