Delhi Capitals’ speedster Kagiso Rabada, who is currently a Purple Cap holder, has heaped praise on his DC and South Africa teammate Anrich Nortje for his spectacular bowling performance against Rajasthan Royals in the 30th game of the ongoing IPL 2020 on Wednesday (October 14).

The Capitals have been impressive in all departments whether be it bowling or batting banking on the perfect blend of experience and youth, as the Shreyas Iyer-led franchise is currently sitting pretty at the top of the table with 12 points in just 8 matches after beating RR by 13 runs in Dubai.

While DC’s batting unit has been as impressive as always, but their bowling has been incredible so far in the ongoing IPL 2020, as all bowlers whether be it Rabada, R Ashwin, or Axar Patel all have been troubling the oppositions and winning the games for the franchise.

During the DC v RR clash, Nortje also set a new record for the fastest delivery bowled in IPL ever that was clocked at 156.22 kph.

Praising Norje's fastest ball of IPL, Rabada said the Proteas star is a real fast-bowler and they are not focusing on the speed gun but on delivering results for the DC in the ongoing IPL 2020 while saying he will learn some technical stuff from the bowler.

Rabada stated: “We learn a lot from each other, I think he is a real fast bowler. And he has been working on a few technical kinds of stuff, I can learn some of them from him. I have some experience that I can share to help him familiarize himself with certain scenarios. It's good to chat fast-bowling with him.”

He signed off by saying, “He will sneak a cheeky comment when we drink later in the night. When we are playing, we are just thinking about delivering, not about the speed gun.”
