IPL 2020: Sam Curran wants an Xbox too after dismissing David Warner in a Jofra Archer-like deal

Archer had previously completed the challenge set to him by Xbox.

England and Rajasthan Royals pacer Jofra Archer had previously been challenged by the official Twitter handle of gaming console company Xbox to pick the wicket of David Warner in the IPL 2020.

In return, he would be getting a brand new Xbox gaming console. Archer completed the challenge on October 11 by shattering Warner's stumps while he was batting on 48.

Now, his fellow countryman Sam Curran has asked for a similar deal after picking the wicket of the left-handed opener in their last fixture. Chennai Super Kings beat Sunrisers Hyderabad on October 13 in Dubai. Curran picked the wicket of Warner by taking a catch off his own bowling.

A day after the game, Curran quoted a tweet about Archer's deal with Xbox and asked them whether he could get a similar deal now that he has the Australian cricketer in his pocket.

After Archer took the wicket, Rajasthan Royals had tweeted about the wicket from their official handle. Xbox UK had replied to it asking Archer his address for the delivery of the console. If the company accepts the deal with Curran, we might see them asking for his address as well!

Also, henceforth, all the bowlers would be looking forward to taking the new ball and try their hand at taking the SRH opener's wicket and ask for a similar deal. Make sure to keep an eye on those bowlers' Twitter handles who take Warner's wicket.
