Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) skipper Dinesh Karthik talked about the members he would give away from his current squad to get three Delhi Capitals (DC) players in replacement.

R Ashwin, in his YouTube show 'Hello Dubaiaah', gives Karthik a situation from a South Indian movie Pandavar Bhoomi. The KKR captain took Kagiso Rabada, Shreyas Iyer, and Ashwin from the Delhi side.

“I’ll give you a hypothetical scenario. In the movie Pandavar Bhoomi, there’s one family. So you have to the opportunity to adopt three and give me three to adopt,” told Ashwin to Karthik in the video.

Karthik shared the three cricketers from his squad he would give away for Rabada, Iyer, and Ashwin. “From your team Rabada. I’ll give Lockie Ferguson and take Kagiso Rabada Another player... Who’s our No.3? Nitish Rana. So I’ll give Nitish Rana to Delhi take Shreyas Iyer. Sunil Narine for R Ashwin,” he said.

Ashwin thanked Karthik for naming him, although Narine also comes handy with the bat. He said, “Heart’s been touched. He’s an opener too but I’m like for like replacement. Thank you so much."
