The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) team will face off against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the first match for both teams in IPL 2020 on September 21 in Dubai.
The SRH team will see David Warner returning as captain for the IPL 13, after Kane Williamson led them in 2018 and 2019. The team made finals and playoffs respectively under him, but Warner has led them to an IPL title in 2016.
He will also be eager to prove something, given that he didn’t have a very good outing against England recently in the limited-overs series, scoring just one fifty in five matches.

He will be looking for all the luck and best wishes he can get and some came all the way from Australia, as Warner’s daughters and his wife Candice wished him ahead of SRH’s IPL 2020 tournament opener.
SRH’s official Twitter account posted a video showing Warner seeing a recorded video message from his family wishing him all the very best for the match and the whole tournament. “Love & good wishes for @davidwarner31 and the team all the way from Australia,” SRH captioned the video.
