IPL 2020: RCB set up gaming zone for players, support staff at their team hotel in Dubai

Royal Challengers Bangalore have made arrangements for their players to stay entertained.

RCB gave the fans and followers a glimpse of their luxurious hotel in Dubai | ScreengrabIndian Premier League (IPL) 2020 is going to be way different than the usual ones in the last 12 years. The tournament will be played inside a bio-secure bubble. Not only the crowd is barred from entering the playing area or meeting the players, but other franchise members can't go out as well.

But staying locked inside the hotel isn't easy for the cricketers. Therefore, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have set up a specially-made gaming room for their players, support staff and franchise officials at the team hotel.

On Sunday (September 6), RCB gave the fans and followers a glimpse of their luxurious hotel in Dubai.

The franchise shared a video on their Youtube channel, which shows that the gaming room consists of things like a pool table, football table, TT table, air-hockey table, F1 simulator, among other things.

Virtual golf and cricket options are also available along with a karaoke set up as well.

BCCI unveiled the IPL 2020 schedule on Sunday (September 6) and it was confirmed that RCB will open their campaign against SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on September 21.

The 13th edition of IPL will kick-start on September. Defending Champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the tournament opener on September 19 in Abu Dhabi.
