IPL 2020: In Pics – MI squad have fun in the ‘Team Room’ after completing their quarantine period

Mumbai Indians have made arrangements for their players to stay entertained.

The tournament will be played inside a bio-secure bubble. Not only the crowd is barred from entering the playing area or meeting the players, but the cricketers and other franchise members can't go out.

But staying locked inside the hotel isn't easy for the players. Therefore, Mumbai Indians (MI) have made arrangements for their players to stay entertained and engaged throughout the upcoming IPL season.

On Sunday (August 30), MI players and support staff let their hair down at a luxurious resort in Abu Dhabi after serving their mandatory quarantine period upon arrival in UAE for the IPL 2020.

In what is being seen as a team-bonding exercise after the challenging stay inside hotel rooms, Rohit Sharma's men had a gala time at the 'Team Room'.

In photos shared by Mumbai Indians, skipper Rohit, head coach Mahela Jayawardena, the Pandya brothers among others can be seen enjoying their time at the Team Room. Hardik and Krunal were seen singing during the session while the likes of Dhawal Kulkarni and Suryakumar Yadav were spotted with their partners.

The 13th edition of Indian Premier League will be played in the Middle East from September 19 to November 10. The sixty-game event, for which a detailed itinerary is yet awaited, will be played across venues in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
