Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 is finally happening after constant postponements for the last 3-4 months. The COVID-19 pandemic didn't allow BCCI to continue with IPL 2020 as per the planned schedule in summer. But now, the tournament will kick off from September 19 in UAE in a bio-secure bubble.

Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) on Thursday became the first franchises to leave for UAE ahead of the tournament. The social media accounts of both the franchises shared picture.

Rajasthan Royals posted a picture with the caption 'UAE ready' on their Twitter account.
