Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) finally have a win under their belt in the IPL 2026, as they defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Hyderabad. This came after a humiliating loss to the Delhi Capitals at home in their season opener.
LSG will next travel to Kolkata to face the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Eden Gardens on April 9. They’ve been practicing hard in the nets as LSG would want to continue their winning ways against KKR, who lost their first two matches, and their recent match against Punjab Kings was washed out.
In viral video on the internet, LSG batters were seen in big trouble as the young Arjun Tendulkar made them defend their toes with a pinpoint yorker. The 26-year-old left-arm pacer may still be waiting for his opportunity with Lucknow Super Giants, but he is impressing everyone in the nets.
In one widely shared video, Arjun is seen challenging established batters, including skipper Rishabh Pant, with a constant assault of yorkers. His ability to consistently hit the base of the stumps has stood out, with many deliveries uprooting either leg or off stump, leaving batsmen trying to respond.
Even LSG posted a video of Arjun Tendulkar demolishing batters' stumps at will with yorkers and jaffas.

Despite not appearing in the playing XI thus far, the young all-rounder appears to be making a strong case for inclusion due to his disciplined approach and accuracy. His consistent success at hitting the blockhole has piqued the interest of supporters, many of whom have asked for his inclusion in the squad.
