India pacer Arshdeep Singh is undoubtedly one of the funniest people to follow on social media. His jovial nature and funny clips on social media have made him a fan favorite.
On Monday, he posted a short video attempting to 'reveal' what Rohit Sharma screamed from the JSCA Stadium's pavilion as Virat Kohli scored a century in the first ODI against South Africa.
Rohit was visibly enthusiastic as he celebrated Kohli's century. He clapped loudly and appeared to utter a couple of Hindi expletives, as Arshdeep laughed beside him.
In a video released on Arshdeep Singh's Instagram, the pacer is seen honestly stating that he was exposing exactly what Rohit said due to popular demand.
“I have been getting several messages on what Rohit Bhai said after Virat Bhai’s century. So, I am telling what he said. He said, ‘Neeli pari, laal pari, kamre mey band, mujhe Nadia pasand…" Arshdeep Singh said while laughing.
Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma’s fifty and Virat Kohli’s 135 were central to India’s 17-run win over South Africa in the first ODI of the three-match series, which was played in Ranchi on November 30.
Despite fifties by Matthew Breetzke, Marco Jansen, and Corbin Bosch, Kuldeep Yadav’s four wickets and Harshit Rana’s three scalps helped India keep the Proteas at bay.
The second ODI of the series will be played on December 3 in Raipur.
