India ended Day 2 of the penultimate Test against England at 219/7 in 73 overs, with Dhruv Jurel and Kuldeep Yadav present in the middle at JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi.
While Jurel remained unbeaten on 30 off 58 balls with two fours and one six, Kuldeep is batting on 17* off 72 balls with one boundary.
During his stay at the crease, the Indian wrist-spinner showcased brilliant defense. Kuldeep’s teammates, Shubman Gill and skipper Rohit Sharma, were also seen imitating his batting style.
When Kuldeep Yadav left a delivery from James Anderson during the 70th over, the camera panned towards the Indian dressing room, where Gill was caught mimicking the spinner’s batting style followed by Rohit.
The act of Gill and Rohit prompted laughter in the Indian dressing room.

Coming to the match, India are trailing England in the first innings by 134 runs at the close of play on Day 2. Off-spinner Shoaib Bashir starred with the ball for the Three Lions, returning with a four-wicket haul (4/84). Besides Bashir, Tom Hartley (2/47) and James Anderson (1/36) were among the wickets for England.
Earlier, veteran Joe Root smashed a brilliant unbeaten century (122) to help the tourists rack up 353 in their first innings. Ollie Robinson (58) and Ben Foakes (47) also made notable contributions with the bat.
