India spinner Ravindra Jadeja played with the mind of Jonny Bairstow before dismissing the England batter on Day 3 of the opening Test in Hyderabad.
During the 28th over of England’s second innings, Bairstow was at the receiving end of Jadeja’s bowling masterclass.
The left-arm spinner bowled a big turning delivery to leave Bairstow astounded and then kept one straight to knock over his off stump.
Bairstow looked shell-shocked after being outfoxed by Jadeja’s straight delivery. He eventually made his way back to the pavilion for 10 off 24 balls.

Earlier on Day 3, India’s first innings folded for 436, extending the lead to 190 runs. Ravindra Jadeja was the top scorer with 87 while the likes of KL Rahul (86), Yashasvi Jaiswal (80) Akshar Patel (44) and KS Bharat (41) made significant contributions with the bat.
In their second innings, the visitors were reeling at 163/5 after 36.5 overs at the time of writing this article.
