The Indian T20I team began their practice for the upcoming three-match series against Bangladesh. The 3 T20Is will be played in Gwalior on October 6, Delhi on October 9 and Hyderabad on October 12.
Suryakumar Yadav-led Indian contingent assembled in Gwalior ahead of the first match, which saw Indian bowling coach Morne Morkel overseeing the pace bowling unit practicing in the nets.
Pacers like Arshdeep Singh, newbies Mayank Yadav and Harshit Rana, and Hardik Pandya bowled in the nets under the watchful eyes of Morkel.
Mayank Yadav, who received the green light to return to cricket recently, was seen steaming in the nets and hurling rockets. Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh were also seen bowling wonderfully in a video shared by BCCI on their social media handles.

Meanwhile, a report stated that Morne Morkel was unhappy with how Hardik Pandya was bowling and the two had quite a long chat.
According to the Indian Express, Hardik was bowling too close to the stumps, and Morkel was unhappy. Morkel was concentrating on Pandya's run-up, particularly when the India all-rounder shadow-practiced his bowling motion.
According to the report, Morkel appeared to be dissatisfied with Pandya's bowling too close to the stumps and communicated it to him. Morkel, who is not the most chatty of people, was always in Hardik's ear whenever he returned to his bowling mark. Morkel also allegedly helped on Hardik's releasing point.
Abhishek Sharma, Rinku Singh, Riyan Parag, and Nitish Kumar Reddy will also aim to capitalize on the opportunity, while the series also serves as a second chance for mystery spinner Varun Chakravarthy, who has been absent from India's T20I squad for a long time.
