Virat Kohli seems to be in good touch ahead of the Bangladesh Test series | JioCinemaVirat Kohli looked in belligerent touch during India's training nets at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Sunday (September 15).

The Indian players are fine-tunning their skills in the nets ahead of the two-Test series against Bangladesh. The series is slated to get underway on September 19 at Chepauk, while Kanpur will host the second Test from September 27.

In a video uploaded by Jio Cinema on its website, comprising details of India's training session at the Chennai camp, Kohli's maximum caught everyone’s attention. The six was so brutal that it broke one of the walls at Chepauk near the Indian dressing room.

Later, the star batter was seen having a lengthy conversation with head coach Gautam Gambhir about his batting. Gambhir animatedly explained as Kohli quietly listened to his former India teammate.

The upcoming Test series against Bangladesh might see Virat Kohli adding a few more feathers to his illustrious cap. He needs 152 runs to become the fourth Indian batter after Sunil Gavaskar, Sachin Tendulkar, and Rahul Dravid to complete 9000 runs in Test cricket.

Kohli is on the verge of scripting another big world record. He is only 58 runs shy of completing the milestone of 27,000 runs in international cricket and breaking Tendulkar’s record of the quickest batter to complete the feat.

Virat Kohli has represented India in 113 Tests so far, amassing 8848 runs at an average of 49.15, including 29 hundreds and 30 half-centuries.
