He might not be part of India’s Test squad in the ongoing series against South Africa, but wrist-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal still manages to grab headlines with his social media activities.

The India leg-spinner cheekily told Quinton de Kock that he can’t copy him after the latter struck a pose during the fourth day’s play in Visakhapatnam.

Chahal was referring to his legendary pose that had gone viral during this year’s World Cup. In India’s last league match against Sri Lanka, cameras had caught Chahal relaxing near the boundary ropes. His pose and appearance were so funny that the picture had become a popular meme material.

As de Kock came up with a similar pose, Chahal couldn’t stop himself from sharing a collage of his and the Proteas wicketkeeper’s poses with a caption reading: “Quiny bhai aapse na ho paayega”.

Coming to the match, Rohit Sharma led the charge for India yet again on the fourth day. His valiant 127-run knock helped the hosts to set a massive target of 395 for South Africa to chase. The visitors ended the day on 11/1, with Markram and Theunis de Bruyn set to start the proceeding on Sunday (October 6).
