More than the individual performances in India versus England Test series, it's the pitch that has got attention. Although the England players haven't openly criticized the pitch yet, the English cricket fraternity has been vocal about their disappointment.

Amid all the debates on the pitch, former India cricketer Wasim Jaffer never stops himself from coming up with a joke. On Wednesday (March 3), he shared a picture of skipper Joe Root having a look at the Ahmedabad pitch along with Stuart Broad, Mark Wood, Jonny Bairstow, and England assistant coach Paul Collingwood before the final Test.

Jaffer tried to guess what they might possibly be talking about while closely examining the pitch. Broad starts the conversation and says, "Guess my tour is over then." Wood, who didn't get a game this series, replies to his teammate, "At least you played bro".

England batsman Bairstow was looking for a flat pitch, as per Jaffer, and he says, "Where me flat pitch?". Collingwood and Root know they are in trouble as the pitch is going to be a turning track again.

Here is the post:

The visitors had a terrible performance in the third Test as they lost the match in 2 days. India bowled England out on 112 and 81 runs in two innings before chasing down a target of 49.
