Former England captain Michael Vaughan has been criticizing the Indian pitches since the second Test in Chennai. His outrage only got louder after the third Test at Ahmedabad ended in just two days.

Vaughan is expecting nothing better in the fourth Test which will be played at the same venue - the Narendra Modi Stadium. He posted a hilarious picture of himself while batting on a dug-up land and called it preparations for the last match.

"Preparations going well for the 4th Test," he wrote on Instagram. This is not the first time he's taking a dig. Earlier, Vaughan had posted a picture of a plough on the field saying the curator is getting the pitch ready for the last Test.

Vaughan doesn't feel it's right for ICC to ignore the Indian pitches. He wrote about it in Daily Telegraph and slammed the international cricket body for allowing India to produce the pitches they want.

“The longer powerful countries like India are allowed to get away with it the more toothless the ICC will look. The governing body is allowing India to produce whatever they wish and it is Test cricket that is getting hurt", he had written.

England's loss in the third Test ended their chances for the World Test Championship final. India is still in the race along with Australia. If the Virat Kohli-led side manages to at least draw the last Test they will qualify, or Australia will face New Zealand.
