Former India cricketer Yuvraj Singh was not pleased with youngster Shubman Gill's dismissal in the first innings of the Day-Night Test against England. Gill got out trying to pull Jofra Archer's short delivery after scoring just 11 runs.

The 21-year-old tried to fetch the short ball from outside off but ended up top-edging it to offer a simple catch to Zak Crawley. In the second innings, Gill remained not-out on 15 runs while chasing 49 runs to win the match.

After the match, the India opener posted three pictures and wrote, "What a team! What a performance ????????" on Instagram.

Yuvraj dropped a comment on the post and wrote "And what a shot in the first innings. Chitar ready". Gill had recently revealed how a camp with the ex-India cricketer had helped him counter the short balls.

The youngster reacted to Yuvraj's comment with a laugh and a see no evil monkey emoji, hinting that he's not so proud of that shot.
