IND v ENG 2021: Kevin Pietersen warns Indian fans in Hindi after England wins the toss in 3rd Test

In the first two Tests, team winning the toss have managed to win the match.

Former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen made a tweet in Hindi after England won the toss in the third Test against India at Ahmedabad. In the first two Tests, the team who have won the toss went on to win the match.

England won the toss in the first Test and they secured the match by 227 runs, and the outcome was the same for India after winning the toss in the second Test. Pietersen asked his followers if the pattern is going to be repeated and will visitors win the third Test considering they have won the toss.

"Oops India , asha karta hoon ki yeh, toss jeeto match jeeto wala wicket na ho (I hope that this is not a 'win toss, win match' kind of a wicket)," he tweeted.

Till the end of the first session of the opening day's play, England found themselves in trouble with four wickets down on 81. They lost skipper Joe Root in the 22nd over after R Ashwin managed to get him LBW.

Only Zak Crawley was looking in good touch with 53 runs off 84 deliveries. He was set to get a big score but Akshar Patel didn't let him last long and dismissed the English batsman before the Tea break.
