Former England cricketer Andrew Flintoff reminded Bollywood legend, Amitabh Bachchan of his tweet, on Joe Root back in 2016. Bachchan was asking who's Root in his tweet which was posted during the T20 World Cup 2016.
Flintoff quoted the tweet and had a laugh after Root scored a double hundred against India in the first Test at Chennai. The England captain scored 218 off 377 deliveries and got out to Shahbaz Nadeem on Leg Before Wicket.
Root became the first cricketer to score a double century on the 100th Test. He went past the record of Pakistan's Inzamam-ul-Haq who had scored 184 in his 100th Test in 2005.

Flintoff took the opportunity to pull Bachchan's leg and wrote, "With the greatest respect, this aged well."
A fan asked him if he was digging up the tweet, to which, the Englishman said it's just banter. "Not really, it’s been doing the rounds again and I found it amusing. Hoping @SrBachchan does too ????????", he wrote in response.
