India captain Virat Kohli needs only gym equipment and some good music to keep his workout going. He posted a video of his workout session in a hotel room under quarantine.
Kohli and co are currently in Chennai for the Test series against England. The first two Tests are scheduled to be played here and the players are currently under quarantine for six days.
The India skipper shared a clip on Instagram and wrote one can work anywhere if they are dedicated to it.

Kohli loves Punjabi music and he had often opened up about the same. He mentioned 'The PropheC', an Indo-Canadian Singer, in his caption.
"PropheC music and gym equipment is all you need during quarantine days ????. Work can be put in anywhere if you really want to. ✌️have a great day everyone", he wrote.
All the players have been tested negative for COVID-19 in their first test. Two more tests are pending before they could step out and start training on the field from February 2. The opening Test against England at the MA Chidambaram Stadium starts on February 5.
