In the 31st match of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, Bangladesh will take on Afghanistan at The Rose Bowl in Southampton today.

Bangladesh have five points from six matches and to stay alive in the tournament they have to win each of their last three matches. They have performed well so far but couldn't maintain consistency. Batsmen are in good form and will look to continue their good run but it's bowling which needs a lot of improvement. Mashrafe Mortaza has taken only one wicket in this World Cup, Mustafizur Rahman is struggling with new ball and spinners are also leaking runs in the middle overs and in death overs Rubel Hossain or Mohammad Saifuddin have to bowl very well.

On the other hand, Afghanistan with six losses from as many matches, have already been ruled out of this World Cup and will now aim to finish their campaign with a few wins. In the last match against India they put up a great performance and it must have given them some confidence and will be hoping for a similar show against Bangladesh as well.
