Anand Mahindra has announced Mahindra Thar SUV for six Indian cricketers, who were part of the squad that beat Australia at their home. Indian cricket team created history by beating Australia 2-1 in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2020-21.
In the last match, India were playing with an inexperienced side at the Gabba, Australia's fortress which had an unbeaten streak of 31 matches. They still managed to take down the Aussies and won the match by three wickets.
Five out of the six players are the ones who made their Test debut on the Australia tour. They are Washington Sundar, Shubman Gill, Navdeep Saini, Mohammed Siraj, and T Natarajan.
Shardul Thakur is the sixth cricketer, who had made his Test debut in 2018 but couldn't play the full match because of injury. He had bowled just 10 balls in that Test against the West Indies at Hyderabad.
