Australia will have all their first-choice pacemen available for the first Test against India after it was confirmed that Mitchell Starc will rejoin the squad following a compassionate leave.
Starc, who forms an intimidating trio in home conditions with Josh Hazlewood and Pat Cummins, had missed the last two games of the T20I series versus the Indians after being informed of an illness within the family.

The left-arm quick will return to the set-up on Monday, just two days before the first afternoon in Adelaide's D/N encounter on Thursday (December 17).
"We feel for Mitch at this difficult time and we're happy he has taken time out to spend with his family," said coach Justin Langer was quoted as saying by AFP.
"We look forward to welcoming him back into the squad on Monday."
Australia also have the option of picking one of James Pattinson or Michael Neser in case they reckon Starc is slightly underprepared for the Test.
