India's limited-overs vice-captain KL Rahul is training hard ahead of the ODI series against Australia. Rahul shared a video with his fans on Twitter in which he captured the workout session of Indian cricketers.
Rahul, along with other members of the team, can be seen sweating it out and doing intense exercises. His good friend Hardik Pandya flaunted his physique for a few seconds in the video, while he did the dumbbell workout.
“Loving the group training sessions. Had been too long since we all did that,” Rahul captioned the video on Twitter.
Before the pandemic, when India toured New Zealand, Rahul was in superb form in limited-overs cricket. He was the top scorer in the T20I series with 224 runs in five innings and the second-highest run-getter in the three-match ODI series with 204 runs.
Even in the recently concluded IPL 2020, he got the prestigious orange cap for scoring the most runs in the entire tournament. India would need him to continue the form when they face Australia in three-match ODI and T20I series.
