KL Rahul, a regular member of the Indian ODI setup, had been missing in action due to some unfortunate injuries, the recent one which happened in IPL 2023, where he suffered hip flexor injury during a match between LSG and RCB.

He had to undergo surgery in the UK and since then has been recovering and rehabbing at the NCA and most recently, was seen sweating in nets with both the bat and the wicketkeeping gloves.

He last played for India in March 2023 and just as Indian team prepares for some big matches in Asia Cup and against Australia ahead of the mega important World Cup 2023 at home, KL Rahul seen batting in full flow and keeping well would be a good news for his and Indian team fans.

On the other hand, Shreyas Iyer and Rishabh Pant are yet to recover from their respective injuries with no timeline of the wicketkeeper-batter’s return.
