Bhuvneshwar Kumar was included in the T20Is but dropped from ODI squad.
The tour will also consist of three ODI matches which will precede the T20Is and will be played from February 6 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
Ravi Bishnoi earned his maiden Indian team T20I call-up and Washington Sundar, who missed out on the South Africa tour due to Covid, has been named in the squad as well. Avesh Khan and Harshal Patel were also included in the squad.
Akshar Patel, who was not named in the ODI squad, has been included for the T20Is, and Yuzvendra Chahal is the other spinner in the squad.

Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, Venkatesh Iyer are the batting stars in the squad, while Deepak Chahar and Shardul Thakur were also picked in the squad which sees the name of Bhuvneshwar Kumar included, who was dropped from the ODI squad.
On the other hand, Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Shami have been rested from both ODIs and T20Is. Ravindra Jadeja will miss the entire series as he is still recovering from his knee injury.
