Daniel Jarvis has become famous for his act in the Lord's Test where he walked in as Indian fielder.
The popular Indian fan in England, Daniel Jarvis, famous as Jarvo, invaded the pitch once again on day 3 of the ongoing Test match between India and England in Leeds. The incident happened after India opener Rohit Sharma was dismissed and Jarvis was seen walking in to bat.
Funnily, Jarvis was acting like an Indian cricketer as he wore a Team India Test jersey and came out padded up. Soon as he reached the pitch, security took him out of the ground. In the second Test, he had walked in as a fielder of the Indian team and his video went viral.
India's off-spinner R Ashwin reacted to the incident after the end of the day's play. He lauded the superb batting effort by Rohit Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara, and Virat Kohli, while jokingly adding that Jarvo also showed great intent.
"Today’s play was as good as it can get with @ImRo45 @cheteshwar1 @imVkohli and Jaarvo showing great intent and grit!????????????," Ashwin wrote. "Keep going fellas and stop doing this Jaarvo. #IndvsEng," he added.
India batted well on day 3 after a horrific batting performance in the first innings. They scored 215/2 at the stumps with Pujara (91*) and Kohli (45*) unbeaten in the middle.
