U19CWC 2020: Sachin Tendulkar wishes Indian team good luck ahead of the final 

Boys in Blue will take on neighbours Bangladesh in the marquee contest in Potchefstroom.

Legendary Sachin Tendulkar sent his best wishes for the Indian U-19 team ahead of its ICC U-19 World Cup final on Sunday (February 9) against neighbours Bangladesh in Potchefstroom. 

The Indian youth team, having lifted the prestigious trophy for the record four times, will be eyeing its fifth title, especially after enjoying an undefeated run leading upto the big finale, including victories over Australia and Pakistan in the knock-out stages.

The likes of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Kartik Tyagi and Ravi Bishnoi have been the star-performers of the Priyam Garg-led side. While opener Yashasvi has been a prolific run-getter with the bat, pacer Tyagi and leg-spinner Bishnoi have been the leaders of the Indian bowling attack. 

"Hope you'll continue the stellar team performance & win this for India," Tendulkar tweeted to boost the youngster's confidence. 

Bangladesh U-19, on the other hand, will step for the marquee contest having reached the World Cup final for the first time after topping the Group C points table and defeating South Africa and New Zealand in the knock-out stage.
