Shaw missed the DC v SRH match the other day in ongoing IPL 2022.
Shaw has been in decent form for DC in this IPL 2022 and though he hasn’t made a very big score, he has given the team quick starts in the powerplay. In 9 matches, Shaw has 259 runs with a best of 61 and has two half-centuries to his name at a strike rate of 159.87 with 9 sixes and 35 fours to his name.

Though Delhi Capitals assistant coach Shane Watson had revealed that Shaw didn’t have COVID-19 as he missed the SRH match in a post-match chat, but had refused to divulge any further details.
Now Shaw himself has revealed that he is in hospital with a fever and told his fans that he’ll be back in action soon.
He posted a photo on his Instagram story with the caption reading: “Admitted in hospital & recovering from fever. Thank u all for your good wishes. Will be back in action soon.”
