Boult had gone off the field after bowling just 2 overs in Qualifier 1.
The defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) are looking forward to become the second team to defend their IPL title after the Chennai Super Kings. They had received a blow to their premier opening bowler Trent Boult during Qualifier 1 against Delhi Capitals.
Boult bowled a double-wicket maiden in the first over of the innings and walked off after completing his second over. MI skipper Rohit Sharma had been asked about the pacer's fitness after the game but he did not have a firm answer for it.

However, the Kiwi cricketer is in much better shape and might be raring to go in the Final against the same team. Sharma confirmed the same in a press conference on the eve of the big game.
Rohit Sharma said in the press conference, "Trent looks pretty good, he is going to have a session today with all of us and we will see how he goes, he pulled up pretty well in the last few days, so fingers crossed and hopefully he plays."
The 33-year-old also explained the reason behind picking the left-armer in their squad for IPL 2020 and also expressed that Boult has not been a disappointment for the side.
Sharma said, "Yeah, we always wanted somebody who can bowl with the new ball and get those wickets for us in the powerplay."
"And we looked across the world and obviously Trent, it's a no brainer that he is the best bowler with the new ball, when it comes to swinging the ball back into the batsman and to a left-hander, taking the ball away from them, he is the best in the business," he added.
