Rahul Dravid known as 'Mr Dependable' or 'The Wall' is widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen of all-time. He played international cricket for India from 1996 to 2012 and in these 16 years he took Indian cricket team to new heights with the bat as well as with his leadership. 1 - Rahul Dravid was the first Indian captain to win a Test match on South African soil. He achieved this feat in 2006's Johannesburg Test.
3 - In 2007, Rahul Dravid became only the third Indian captain to win a Test series in England. Ajit Wadekar (1971) and Kapil Dev (1986) are the other two Indian captains.
4 - Rahul Dravid is the only Indian batsman to score four consecutive hundreds in Test cricket. He achieved this milestone in 2002.
