Sajid Khan, the star Pakistan spinner, hilariously used WWE star John Cena’s ‘you can’t see me’ gesture to taunt West Indies batter Jomel Warrican on day 2 of the ongoing second Test between the two sides at Multan Cricket Stadium.
The Test saw 20 wickets falling on the first day itself, with West Indies scoring 163 runs with Noman Ali taking 6/41. In response, Pakistan was bowled out for 154, giving West Indies a lead of 9 runs. Jomel Warrican took 4 wickets for the visitors.
In their second innings, West Indies fared well to score 244 runs, with captain Kraigg Brathwaite scoring 52 runs. Both Sajid Khan and Noman Ali picked 4 wickets each for Pakistan, with Noman completing his 10-fer in the Test, in which he took a hat-trick as well.
Meanwhile, the sledging incident between Sajid and Warrican took place on the last ball of the 59th over of West Indies' second innings on Day 2.
Sajid delivered a magnificent off-spin delivery on which Warrican attempted a hard slow sweep but utterly missed the ball. Sajid approached the batter and sledged him, making the 'you can't see me' motion.
What was interesting was Warrican's response, as he smiled seeing Sajid doing the famous gesture.
