Young Australian cricketer Sam Konstas’ fan crashed his car and risked his life in a hurry for an opportunity to take a photo of him. The hilarious ordeal was captured on CCTV camera.

For the sake of taking a selfie with Sam Konstas, a man put his car in danger by parking it quickly and neglected to apply the handbrake.

He did make a last-ditch effort to rush back inside the car in time, but was unable to prevent it from crashing with another parked car. When the fan realized his error, he hurried back to his car to stop it, but it was too late.

Sam Konstas had an eventful Test debut against India in Melbourne and got into an altercation with Virat Kohli. And then had a run-in with India captain Jasprit Bumrah in the Sydney Test.

The right-handed opening batter was also named in Australia's squad for the two-match Test series in Sri Lanka.
