India batter Virat Kohli and his better half, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma were seen attending a live kirtan event of Krishna Das in Nesco, Mumbai, October 20. This comes just after India lost the first Test to New Zealand in Bengaluru.
This isn't the first time that Kohli and Anushka have attended a Krishna Das kirtan. Earlier this year, in July, the couple were also seen at a kirtan by Das in London.
On Karwa Chauth, the pair visited Krishna Das' kirtan. Krishna Das, dubbed the "Rock Star of Yoga," blends traditional Indian chanting with contemporary music.
Several images and videos of the pair enjoying the kirtan have circulated on social media. Anushka is spotted wearing a white co-ord outfit. Virat, on the other hand, is seen in a green sweater and blue jeans.
Krishna Das, originally named Jeffrey Kagel, began his spiritual journey in the 1960s. He travelled to India and became a disciple of Neem Karoli Baba, whom both Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli follow.
