The fourth and final day of the ongoing Duleep Trophy 2024 match between India A and India BN saw a hilarious moment when Rishabh Pant of India B joined the team huddle of opposition team India A, captained by Shubman Gill.

The closeness of Team India players was evident even when they lined up against opposing sides in the ongoing Duleep Trophy 2024. The guys had such a close bond that Pant attempted to sneak into his opponent's team huddle.

Pant, who represents India B, was seen in India A's squad huddle, led by Shubman Gill. The skipper was rallying his teammates before the game began on Day 4, but Pant humorously joined his opponent's squad huddle.

BCCI domestic's official X handle shared the video of the funny situation in which Rishabh Pant, dressed in a blue shirt, was part of India A huddle, whose players dressed in white uniform.

After the team huddle and the players came onto the field to take their positions, Pant left the outfield and returned to the dugout after sharing a joke with Avesh Khan.

After scoring 321 runs in their first innings, India B, captained by Abhimanyu Easwaran, bowled out India A for 231 runs. Musheer Khan was the main player for India B, scoring 181 runs. The Shubman Gill-led team held India B to 184 runs as they set out to chase a 275-run mark.  

The chase proved especially difficult, with Yash Dayal taking three wickets to put India A in danger after being reduced to 99/6 in the second session of Day 4. With India B requiring four wickets to win, Abhimanyu Easwaran's side were on the verge of a spectacular triumph to kick off their Duleep Trophy campaign on a high note.
