Hardik Pandya, on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, shared a lovely birthday wish for his son Agastya who turned four years old. After Hardik and Natasa divorced, Agastya is currently with his mother Natasa Stankovic in Serbia.
On the other hand, Hardik is in Sri Lanka for the three-T20I series, which India leads 2-0. The final match of the series is slated to be played on July 30, in Kandy.
Hardik Pandya took to Instagram to share a video of him having lovely moments with his son. Hardik captioned it: “You keep me going every single day! Happy birthday to my partner in crime, my whole heart, my Agu Love you beyond words.”
Hardik and Natasa were married in 2020 and divorced recently. The duo decided to co-parent their son Agastya. The two released a joint statement to announce their divorce.
It read: “After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this is in the best interest of both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect, and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family.”
Hardik Pandya had also suffered a setback on the professional front as well, as he was overlooked for India's T20I captaincy with Suryakumar Yadav being appointed skipper. Pandya was also removed as vice-captain of Indian white-ball teams and replaced with Shubman Gill.
