Indian women's team’s star bowler Pooja Vastrakar found herself embroiled in controversy after sharing a post on Instagram titled 'Vasooli Titans' featuring the top Indian politicians from the ruling BJP party.

The Delhi Capitals (DC) star shared the post that mocked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, JP Nadda, and other BJP leaders with the heading 'Vasooli Titans' on Instagram story.

She added: "Impact played: ED" on the post.

She quickly deleted the post after it started gaining attention on social media platforms. Despite her efforts, screenshots of the controversial post began circulating on various social media platforms, putting the spotlight on Pooja Vastrakar.

What adds intrigue to the situation is the timing and context of the post, which emerged just a day after Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in his court statements, alleged the BJP's involvement in an extortion racket through electoral bonds to evade scrutiny by central agencies.

Well, the screenshots of Vastrakar’s post sparked a quick reaction from netizens, with some saying the post was a show of support for the Congress party, while others warned the Indian bowler that such an act could harm her cricketing career.
