Pollard prioritized Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding feast amid PSL 2024 commitments.

Former West Indies captain Kieron Pollard joined the star-studded pre-wedding celebration of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani's son, Anant, in Jamnagar on Friday, March 1.

Notably, Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, who will get married in July 2024, hosted a grand pre-wedding bash in Gujarat’s Jamnagar, which was attended by celebrities from sports and entertainment industries apart from the well-known business tycoons worldwide.

Well, Pollard is presently part of the Karachi Kings in the ongoing Pakistan Super League 2024 (PSL 2024), but the legendary all-rounder took a break from the league to attend the event in India.

Pollard is a key member of the Karachi Kings franchise, but he decided to prioritize attending Anant's pre-wedding celebration, which showcases his heartfelt gesture for the Ambani’s.

Leaving the Karachi Kings camp on Friday, Pollard headed to India for the festivities. He arrived in Jamnagar late Friday, and the pictures and video clips of him joining the festivities went viral on the internet.

Pollard has been associated with the MI, the IPL franchise owned by Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Industries Limited, for a long time, and he is now part of the MI’s teams in SA20 and ILT20 as well.

Pollard also shared pictures from the celebrations on his Instagram, where he can be seen with his wife Jenna, as well as Bollywood stars Ranveer Singh and Shah Rukh Khan.

Not just the West Indies great, several other cricketers associated with MI franchises across T20 leagues around the world were also present at the star-studded pre-wedding celebration in Gujarat.

Notably, Pollard is currently the leading run-getter for the Karachi Kings in the ongoing PSL 2024, where he has so far amassed 196 runs at an average of 98 and a staggering strike-rate of 160+.
