Former Pakistan captain Shoaib Malik made a shocking revelation as he announced his marriage to actress Sana Javed on January 20, Rumors were floatingoating about the separation between Malik and his Indian wife, tennis star Sania Mirza. The duo had tied the knot in 2010 and welcomed son Izhaan in 2018. However, for the last couple of years, the couple lived separately and divorce rumors spread like wildfire.
Neither Mirza nor Malik confirmed anything about the separation or ongoing process of divorce as they were busy in their respective fields.
However, sparks flew between 41-year-old Shoaib Malik and actress Sana Javed when the cricketer posted birthday wishes for her in March last year.
Notably, Sana started her career as a model. She then made her acting debut in 2012 in a TV serial and gained popularity for the TV series ‘Pyaare Afzal’. Subsequently, Sana made her film debut in 2017.
She married singer Umair Jaswal in 2020, but the couple had their differences and while they denied rumors of separation, Javed’s marriage to Malik confirmed the speculations.
Shoaib Malik, 41, posted a photo with his new bride Sana Javed, on Instagram with a caption reading: "And We created you in pairs."
