Pant has been keeping his fans updated about his recovery through social media posts. On Tuesday (December 5), the southpaw shared a video on Instagram, in which he can be seen lifting weights and cycling.

Rishabh Pant was last seen in action during the tour of Bangladesh in December 2022. Mirpur Test against Bangladesh was his last appearance before he met with the accident.

While there is no clarity on his comeback yet, reports are claiming that the left-hander might return to action by early next year and will take part in the 2024 edition of Indian Premier League.

Pant has played 33 Tests, 30 ODIs and 66 T20Is for India, amassing 4000+ international runs with six centuries. He was instrumental in India’s Test series win on Australian soil in 2020-21.
