Former India all-rounder Irfan Pathan is known for taking humorous digs at the Pakistani team and their fans on social media platform X. In his recent post, he told the Men in Green fans that not everything he posts is for them or directed at them.

The 38-year-old former Indian cricketer has poked fun and taken a cheeky dig at the Men in Green fans whenever Pakistan loses and India wins. Fans from the other side have also replied well to the cricketer.

To reduce this, Irfan Pathan on Tuesday, said that Padosis on X takes everything personally. He even jibed at them by saying they were not that important.

"Padosi's on X taking everything personally. You guys aren't that important. NOT EVERYTHING IS ABOUT YOU. Though I understand if you don't behave the way you guys do, how will you get traction and survive!,” Pathan posted.

Pakistan team is in India for the World Cup 2023 and has set base in Hyderabad. They were received well by Indians at the airport and have been looked after well at the hotel where the team is staying. This is the first time any Pakistani team has set foot in India since the 2016 T20 World Cup.

About that, Pathan had posted a message saying that India is the best host not only in cricket but in all scopes of life.

He said: “Hamari mehman Nawazi se surprise hai kaafi log. We are the best HOST in every scope of life, not just cricket. That’s how we are as a nation and ppl. All the counties that came to play the World Cup will have a most memorable tournament.”

Pakistan begins its World Cup 2023 on October 6 against the Netherlands in Hyderabad.
