WATCH- Virat Kohli recalls the best Chinese food he ate while giving a tour of his new restaurant to Vikas Khanna

Indian cricketer Virat Kohli recently showed a glimpse of his new restaurant, "One8," which he opened inside legendary singer-actor Kishore Kumar's bungalow, "Gouri Kunj," in Juhu.

The dashing right-hander was seen giving his fans a short tour of his new restaurant, as he was joined by the famous Indian chef Vikas Khanna.

In the video shared by Kohli on Instagram, the restaurant can be seen decorated with wooden interiors, elegant paneling, majestic chandeliers, and radiant interiors, as the entire restaurant resembles a modern ambiance.

While having Khichdi with Vikas Khanna, Kohli opened up about the best Chinese food he has never tasted again. Kohli also revealed that they chose the name "One8 commune" because of its inviting vibe.

The former Indian skipper further revealed that his favorite dish at the eatery is avocado tart.

Kohli said while talking with Khanna at his new restaurant: “We went to a Chinese restaurant. That van's name was 'Chuk Chuk Mail'. The manchow soup and fried rice served over there... I have never tasted any Chinese dish like that ever again.”

Meanwhile, Khanna said at the end of the video: “Best food pilgrimages I have had in Bombay. The ingredients and the combinations were just perfect. Avocado flatbreads are one of my favorites. Maine khichdi jo yahaan khaayi hai [The khichdi that I had here]; I am surprised.

 I have never had khichdi like that in my whole life. Thank you for opening up my palate to all these new flavours. This cuisine is next level. Congratulations, Virat and team.”

He captioned the video: “So many interesting conversations about food, life, and travel. It was a delight to host you at @one8.commune, Vikas paaji. See you soon. ????”
