India all-rounder Hardik Pandya celebrated his 29th birthday on October 11, 2022, in Perth, Australia where he is with the Indian team for the T20 World Cup 2022 which begins on October 16 onwards.
Hardik and his teammates were out early in the morning in Perth for the cake-cutting session even as India is gearing up for the T20 World Cup. The Men in Blue played a practice game yesterday against Western Australia which they won by 13 runs. Hardik Pandya made 29 runs in 20 balls in the match where Suryakumar Yadav made a fifty and Arshdeep Singh took 3/9.

India captain Rohit Sharma, head coach Rahul Dravid, wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant, and off-spinner R Ashwin were among the many who had turned up to make Hardik's birthday morning a memorable one.
The all-rounder has been in sensational form with both bat and ball ever since making a return to the T20I squad. He has scored 436 runs in 19 matches at an average of over 30 and a strike rate of over 150.

India players have not traveled with their families to Perth, where they have a prep camp. India played a warm-up match against Western Australia XI on Monday, October 10. Then they will play two warmup matches against Australia and New Zealand.
India plays their first match in the T20 World Cup 2022 against Pakistan on October 23 in MCG.
