Glenn Maxwell, who had got married to his longtime girlfriend and fiancée Vini Raman in a traditional Christian ceremony on March 18, in Australia, now got married in a traditional Indian ceremony given that Vini is a Tamilian.
Maxwell and Vini Raman both had posted videos of the traditional wedding in Australia on their social media accounts, with Maxwell captioning the photo as “Mr and Mrs Maxwell | 18.03.22”

The couple completed their Indian-style wedding on March 27, Sunday and photos and videos of the wedding ceremony have gone viral on social media. In the video, both Maxwell and Vini are seen exchanging garlands and participating in the 'Varmala' ceremony which is a popular ritual in Tamil marriages.

Vini Raman is a pharmacist and Australian citizen of Indian origin. Maxwell is now slated to join the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in order to partake in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, which commenced on March 26. He was retained by his franchise ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction.
