Australia keeper-batter Alex Carey became a victim of a hilarious and wet prank at the team hotel in Karachi where both teams are staying for the second Test of the three-match series. The first match between the two sides ended in a dull draw in Rawalpindi.
As the two teams prepare for the match in the Pakistan port city, Australia captain Pat Cummins shared a hilarious video featuring Alex Carey who is seen drenched in the hotel swimming pool.
Though the video is not clear what happened, whether Carey was pushed into the pool, or he walked into the water as he was walking while talking to someone; everyone got a hearty laugh out of it.
However, the video shows, Carey falling into the pool and getting drenched with the Australian contingent near the pool having a merry laugh at his misery. Carey also produces his phone from the pocket of his shorts and throws it to one of his teammates, as he walks out of the pool.
Later someone points out the camera to Carey and he also begins to laugh loudly.

Meanwhile, former Australia pacer Brett Lee came up with perhaps the most hilarious comment on Carey's predicament, saying: "his phone will be ringing wet."
