Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, in an interview with the franchise, shared the story behind his famous haircut. Jadeja's haircut with 'CSK' on the right side of his head had caught a lot of attention back then.
Jadeja has now completed 10 years with the franchise after being signed by CSK for the first time in 2012 for a whopping INR 9.72 crore. The all-rounder revealed that he and Suresh Raina had gone to the barber shop for the haircut when the latter told him to try something new.

In a video shared by CSK on social media, Jadeja said, "Me and (Suresh) Raina bhai were thinking about, let's get a haircut. So we went to the barber shop and we both were having a haircut."
"So, he finished his haircut and he was standing next to me and he said to me, 'Why don't you do something different?' I said 'what do you mean?' So he said, 'Okay I have an idea. Put you name on your head.' I said 'No, no no! That's not gonna work. That looks funny. '
"So he said, 'I have one more idea. This is your first year with CSK. Why don't you write CSK on your head?' I said, 'okay why not? I can do that.' So that's why I wrote CSK on my head, " Jadeja further said.
