Australian opener David Warner shared an emotional post for Kane Williamson as they are separated in the Indian Premier League (IPL). They both played for Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the previous seasons.

Warner, who is now part of Delhi Capitals (DC) after the IPL 2022 mega-auction, posted pictures with Williamson. The ex-SRH captain said he is going to miss the company of the Kiwi batter.

"Going to miss my breakfast time with the Williamson’s and I will miss playing cricket with you brother!! #bromance #cricket #friends @kane_s_w (SIC)," his post read.

Warner, who led Sunrisers Hyderabad to their maiden IPL title in 2016, was ill-treated by the franchise last season. The fans were shocked to see Hyderabad removing him as captain mid-season and then axing him from the playing eleven.

Delhi signed Warner for INR 6.25 crore in the mega-auction. The Aussie cricketer had started his IPL journey from the Delhi-based franchise and he now has 5449 runs in 150 matches at an average of 41.59 in the cash-rich league.
