WATCH - Dwayne Bravo does the ‘Srivalli’ dance step after taking wicket in BPL 2022

Former West Indian all-rounder Dwayne Bravo unveiled a new wicket celebration in the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL 2022) with a hook step of Srivalii song from Telugu movie  'Pushpa: The Rise' featuring Allu Arjun. 

Tollywood star Allu Arjun’s latest movie Pushpa seems to have influenced cricketers across the globe. The likes of Ravindra Jadeja, David Warner, Shikhar Dhawan and many more have recreated the scenes from Telugu movie and have also shared videos of them dancing on the famous song "Srivalli" from the movie. 

Not only have players have shared videos on their social media accounts, but they have also taken the trend on the field as well. In the ongoing Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) 2022, bowler Nazmul Islam Apu recently was seen doing Allu Arjun's trademark action after taking a wicket in a match between Fortune Barishal and Sylhet Sunrisers.

Former Caribbean all-rounder Dwayne Bravo didn’t shy away from joining the party. In a match between Comilla Victorians and Fortune Barishal on Tuesday (25th January), Bravo stole the limelight with his performance and celebrations.

In the 18th over, Bravo bowled a length delivery to wicketkeeper batter Mahidul Islam Ankon, who tried to clear the fence but only managed to pouch it in the hands of the fielder in the deep. After taking the wicket, he performed the hook step of Allu Arjun from Srivalli song.

Dwayne Bravo, who returned with the figures of 3/30 in the same match, also had posted the video of him dancing on the song Srivalii on his Instagram account.
